In order to combine our verticals into a single, central access hub, we needed a new top-level brand. That brand is Continued.
This project required collaboration with every department in the company. No detail was overlooked as we redesigned every page of our marketing websites and built out new products and features in our application for every learning space.
Months of planning and discussion went into this project, and every department collaborated to make it possible. Because we have multiple products, and various entry points to those products, research and user flows were required to improve our sign up process and eliminate user pain points.
A new user sign up process was designed to be more fluid and get users to payment faster. Shifting the profile section to after payment increased conversion rates, which was tested beforehand in an A/B test in VWO.
Wireframes were created first to get an idea of what business wanted from the redesign.
A quick access UI style guide was created for easy reference during front-end development.
Once our general layout was decided, we moved on to design. Multiple design iterations were created and reviewed with various departments to determine the direction to go in.
Here are a few shots of the launched product, including a new user interface for course search.
One of the major objectives within the continued rebrand project was to separate our learning application from the marketing website. The solution to this was a logged-in view that changed the look and feel to an application interface with vertical navigation.
The dashboard within this view is a new addition that allows users to get the most important information front and center. If you've signed up for a live webinar, you can see exactly when it's going to begin and click directly through to the event. If you have pending courses, you can now see those at a glance and continue exactly where you left off with one click or tap.
The navigation automatically collapses for mobile devices and is entirely dynamic based on user type, membership status, and Career Center options.
