UI/UX Manager
As manager of the UI/UX design team at Continued from 2018-2021, I was responsible for all user-facing application and website design along with designing a new admin platform for managing multiple verticals and courses.
My Duties
- Manage a team of three designers and oversee work for seven vertical markets.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and QA leadership to deliver on product increments.
- Integrate front-end tools like Formstack and Unbounce.
- Create and maintain a design system encompassing seven brands.
- Provide career guidance and learning opportunities for designers.
- Implement A/B testing iniatiatives for e-commerce channels.
- Align all design team work with company goals and initiatives.
